By using PicReplace you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose: what the service is, how credits work, what you may not do with it and what we do and do not promise.
PicReplace offers image tools on the web. Tools that run in your browser — watermarks, grids, splitting, local erase, editing and export — are free without limit. Features that call an AI provider — cut-outs, background scenes, image translation, reading text, AI edits — draw from a credits balance.
Every new visitor receives 100 free credits once, tied to the anonymous id in their browser. A signed-in account receives 100 credits every day, refilled at 00:00 UTC; unused daily credits do not carry over, and bonus credits granted separately keep until spent. Free credits left on an anonymous id are forfeited when you sign in. Each AI action shows its price before you start it, and the price list is the same for everyone. A generation that has been sent to the provider is charged even if you cancel or close the page while it runs; a call that fails on our side or on the provider's side is not charged. AI output is probabilistic: a result you do not like is still a delivered result, and credits are not refunded for the quality of an AI answer. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Do not upload content you have no right to use, content that is unlawful, or images of people meant to deceive or harm. Do not try to collect the free trial repeatedly, share sessions, automate the site or work around its limits. To keep the service available for everyone there are caps on how many free identities one network may open per day, on how many AI calls one account may make per day and on how fast requests may arrive; a request over a cap is refused and is not charged. We may suspend or delete an account that abuses the service.
You keep every right to the pictures you upload. You may use the results the tools produce for any purpose, subject to the rights of anyone depicted and to the terms of the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy. Results are produced by automated systems and may be wrong; check them before you rely on them, especially translated text and anything involving numbers.
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, pause or withdraw a feature, a price in credits or the free grants at any time, and we may pause AI features when a provider is unavailable or a spending ceiling is reached; credits are not charged while a feature is paused. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you further protection.
